Behind CRP ScreenOne is the team at CRP Fusion SRL. We support HR departments, recruitment companies and executive search firms with background checks and Pre-Employment Drug Testing (PEDT) – from the initial enquiry to delivery of the agreed results.
Our shared responsibilities include agreeing the screening scope, communicating with clients and candidates, organising research and coordinating suitable test centres and partners. The CRP ATS system brings information, responsibilities and documentation together. This creates a traceable process and reduces your internal coordination workload. Hiring decisions remain with you.

We work within the agreed scope and distinguish verified findings from discrepancies, missing evidence and information that cannot be confirmed. We do not promise a particular outcome: our responsibility is to present the available results clearly, so you can make your own informed decision.

Our project team coordinates research and PEDT appointments with the relevant partners, follows up on outstanding information and communicates changes or delays. We coordinate communication with clients and candidates, arrange testing appointments with participating test centres and partners, and provide the agreed results documentation.
